Peace and Season Greetings JMS readers...here is the final installment of the C.R.D.S. Presents-95 Da Illest series...

To be honest I forgot to finish and post this up before the blog name change so here it is...another jam packed volume of fat head nodding and classic Hip Hop (and with a fair bit of Erick Sermon and Redman beats, cameos and influences haha) from '95, most of these joints got much run on The Wednesday Nite Jam show and at all of the bars and clubs/parties etc that myself and my old crew used to play at...fat shout to Winston Spliff, Pops, Don Luchito, Jnr Ranks.

Also I'd like to send out a fat shout to to Fats Eardrum and Juicy from 1994 Hip Hop for some of these joints.

I'd like to wish all of my readers a very Happy Christmas and a very prosperous 2016.

I am honestly not sure how often I will post on this blog in 2016 as I am getting the best Christmas/Life gift I could ever get...Fatherhood:) but I will do my best to at least post on a regular basis.

Here is Volume 2 of the CRDS Presents-95 Da Illest compilations showcasing exactly how dope and diverse the year 1995 was (there is dope music on here from Sweden, New York and Los Angeles etc.) and to be honest it is still quite hard to fathom that all of this music turns over 20 years old this year, I had a lot of these joints on wax and CD at some stage and I fondly remember picking up these 12"s and albums.

CRDS Presents-Knowledge Rap Samples-Volume One

In celebration of the legendary Teacha visiting New Zealand shores for the first time ever in April 2012....I have set out to make some compilations showcasing some fat and dope Hip Hop tracks that have sampled the veterans tracks and vocals for hooks and cuts.

KRS had been sampled hundreds and hundreds of times by all kind of artists, I (including myself back in the days on a lost demo) I have always seen sampling or cutting up another artist as a form of great respect and you know that Kris Parker has always had that in abundance.

I think this first 20 track compilation bears witness to the immense influence he has had on Hip Hop for a long time...enjoy.
