ha ha...Slurg It's a rip from a Mister Cee mixtape so the quality is not the best sorry.
I don't understand why they never released it to be honest.

no way, I remember hearing this on that mr Cee mixtape and wondered if it would ever see a release.
I'm not even bothered that the quality isn't great it's probable that they didn't use because it was the the same track as epmd's can't hear nothing but the music...thanks jaz
